$0.30 per sq. ft.
Preliminary plan designs consist of:
$500.00 Deposit due at initial appointment.
Development of a
rough floor plan layout drawn to scale showing room
dimensions, overall project dimensions & square footage.
Front Elevation
6 copies for bidding purposes.
Cost of preliminary fee due at time plans are picked up.
Finish Sets:
$0.50 per sq. ft.
Finish sets consist of:
Floor plans w/all necessary notes, exterior & interior dimensions.
Foundation plan w/ all necessary notes, exterior & interior dimensions.
Front, rear, left & right elevations showing exterior treatments, overhang dimensions & roof pitch.
Wall section to spec out materials and wall heights.
10 copies for construction purposes.
Balance of plan fee due at time finish plans are picked-up.
Plot Plans: $100 per plot
Basement Layouts:
$0.25 per sq. ft.
Price is Based upon future or finished sq. ft. areas.
Preliminary Plan Credit:
A credit will be given for the price of the preliminary plan
sets ($0.30 per sq. ft.) with the purchase of material package from Nelson-Young
Lumber Co.
Misc:
All other design work or revisions to finish sets will be
billed out at a rate of $50.00 per hour.
